Corporate Massage Coordinator:

As the Corporate Massage Coordinator (CMC), you will have decided that your colleagues deserve some relaxation in order to boost productivity. Now read on how you can benefit from this system.

The CMC is elected to ensure:

  • A day and time suits the company.
  • Find and book a quiet room that measures at least 6’X 8’
  • Email your colleagues to alert them to the new service
  • Keep track of who would like an appointment by using our  timesheet, alternatively you can print out the timesheet and place it in a high traffic area, such as a lunch room, notice board or kitchen. We require 3-5 minutes between appointments. If you have any quires please email us in advance.
  • Sent out a reminder to your colleagues about the massage therapist’s scheduled arrival.
  • Please email to confirm bookings. We require that each client has completed and printed the medical questionnaire form found on the booking page.

What the CMC can get in return:

We appreciate your hard work, and to show our appreciation you will receive a 10 minute complimentary massage for booked time in excess of 1 hour.  For confirmed bookings of 2 hours you will receive a 15 minute massage and 20 minutes for 3 hours of confirmed bookings. (Cancellations and no shows do not count towards this complimentary service)

 All payments are to be made by cash, cheque or credit card. A receipt will be emailed to clients after the appointment.

The Registered Massage Therapists will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the first appointment. Relaxation music, portable massage table or chair and clean sheets will be provided.
